Saturday May 9th, we will be conducting our Keystone 2020 Carnival Glass Auction LIVE on-line. This auction offered on ProxiBid AND Auction Flex live platforms. your choice on what platform you like. This will be the first time we are using Auction Flex for LIVE bidding. Proxibid does carry a 5% fee for buyer, Auction Flex has 0% fee for the buyer. if using a CC, each carries a 3% fee for CC. So, as always, Keystone auctions have been about color color color.... and this auc...tion is no different.. there is some incredible glass for you in this auction. Take a close look. Good Evening all.. Would like to share with you an update for the Keystone Carnival Glass Club. With the travel restrictions in place until April 30th, The club... has decided to cancel the convention that was scheduled for May 9th 2020. HOWEVER, if you know us, we are prepared and have been preparing for this scenario. So on the same date, May 9th we will still conduct the auction in Westfield NY. NOTHING has been pulled from the auction. It will be sold in it's entirety. So the details: We will have all avenues as usual for you to bid on the auction. Call in Absentee- Write in absentee- live phone bidding on items over 300.00- Auction Flex ABSENTEE bidding and ProxiBid for LIVE internet bidding. BUT WAIT.... We will also, for the first time offer LIVE internet bidding on Auction Flex also. So you will have 2 choices for your LIVE internet bidding on Saturday May 9th. So we have you covered! Also, Matthew Wroda Auctions has always taken care of the conventions it has the privilege to participate in so we have decided that even though this will not be held at Granville during the convention MWAS will still make a donation to the club as we always do. Good Morning folks, So just an update as to where we are with the posted auctions. March 21st Kriner Auction: We will be taking absentee bids until 9:00AM Sa...turday morning. We will then start the auction using ProxiBId for the LIVE auction. You can come if you want but be aware the restaurants are carry out only and I do not know how the travel is. Hotels are open. We will run the auction LIVE on ProxiBid just as if we are open. March 28th RS Prussia Fawcett Collection is Postponed until June 6th because of the 10 person limit in place right now for Ohio. So hold on to your brochures. You will not receive another one. April 1st Fenton: Will run LIVE on ProxiBid as scheduled- No Attendance. This Auction will also be available on AUCTION FLEX for absentee bidding prior to the auction. April 2nd Antiques Auction with Fenton & Carnival Glass: Will run LIVE on ProxiBid as scheduled- No Attendance. This Auction will also be available on AUCTION FLEX for absentee bidding prior to the auction. April 3rd Kerber Carnival Glass Collection: Will run LIVE on ProxiBid as scheduled- No Attendance. This Auction will also be available on AUCTION FLEX for absentee bidding prior to the auction. IF we are lucky enough to have the restrictions lifted by April we will have our building open, We do have 3 more auctions scheduled in April and they will go on, whether they Allow Attendance or not will determine way the auctions will be handled. If they DO NOT allow attendance still, then we will do the same as above. OK Now for shipping: Because everything has to be sold on-line we are trying to help with the shipping fees. We will offer 1/2 price packing fees plus whatever the estimated postage may be. At 1/2 price Amy is basically working for free to pack your items, but she has agreed to it and in fact offered to do it. HOWEVER we will still offer to HOLD your items at no charge here in NY until you can either pick them up or we can meet you at other venues like Harrisburg PA in May or Cambridge OH in June or right here in Westfield NY. Please do not take advantage of her. So what I'm saying is if you normally have us hold your items please let us hold them and not take advantage of Amy's generous offer. Because of the volume of items she will pack as fast as she can so PLEASE do not call or email about your items.. You will receive a tracking number when shipped. Should only be a few days after the auction but there is LOTS of items to ship. April 1-2-3 will have over 4000 items to pack. (NOTE: The packing fee reduction is in effect for the Kriner and April 1-2-3 auctions only) Looking forward to May: IF this continues and the Keystone Carnival Glass Club has to cancel we WILL still conduct the auction under the terms listed for April. And we are continuing with our business, so as of right now we will be planning our trip to MA- AL-TX-AZ-WA-MO-IL-IN-MI. to pick up collections for you.
