This pandemic has taught us the following: Love, Patience, and Hope. Love: We love what we do, we do what we love. If we need to hand pinch thousands of dumplings a day to survive, we will do it. As you all know, we went from approximately 800 seats indoors to 20 seats outdoors, 50 chefs to 10 chefs, 150 dim sum items to just 35 on the menu now, and the list goes on.
