Was the testimony of a medical pulmonologist, Dr. Martin Tobin, which dominated the ninth day of former privileged white Minneapolis, Minnesota Police officer Derek Chauvin's trial, and provided jurors crucial comment about a blackman, Mr. George Floyd's ability to breathe while he was strenuous police restraint, which refuted officer Chauvin's defense attorney Mr. Eric Nelson's claim that both the impact fentanyl drug had on Floyd’s breathing just before he lost consciousnes...s and a preexisting heart conditions substantially caused Mr. Floyd’s death helpful to the jurors to attempt reach a unanimous verdict in this case? And Mr. Chauvin’s defense attorney, Mr. Nelson has contended in his opening statement and throughout the trial that both Floyd’s fentanyl drug use and his underlying heart conditions played a big role in his death, while prosecutors have alleged that Chauvin’s knee placement and applied use of force on Mr. Floyd's neck substantially caused his death, not any drug use or heart condition. But according to his testimony, Dr. Tobin testified that Mr. Floyd died from Asphyxia, known as a low level of oxygen or oxygen deprivation to the brain, which caused damage to his brain and led to a reaction that caused his heart to stop. Dr. Tobin further testified that disgraced police officer Derek Chauvin’s knee placed on Mr. Floyd's neck for the large majority of the entire nine minutes and 29 seconds was among a substantial series of forces that contributed to Floyd’s death. According to pool reports, jurors paid close attention to the doctor throughout the hours-long testimony and were seen taking notes and listening closely to the expert testimony Dr. Tobin was speaking about. Indeed, in his testimony, Dr. Tobin offered a detailed account of Mr. Floyd’s breathing during his arrest, noting body movements Mr. Floyd made underneath officer Chauvin and two other officers, which Dr. Tobin said were attempts to breathe. And those body movements, which Dr. Tobin noted in the video clips of the arrest of Mr. Floyd showed him appearing to push his knuckles and fingers against the ground and the tire of a nearby police vehicle as he was pinned to the street. And according to Dr. Tobin's testimony, [t]o most people, this doesn't look terribly significant. But to a physiologist, this is extraordinarily significant." Hence, "[t]his tells you that he [Mr. Floyd] has used up his resources and he's now literally trying to breathe with his fingers and knuckles" and [i]t's a very poor way of breathing. But it's what you have to do when everything else is failing." You tell me please. According to ABC News report, disgraced detective Franco was charged two years ago with perjury (lying in court while testifying under oath) in Manhattan court and while there's no evidence of misconduct in disgraced detective Franco's Brooklyn cases from 2004-2011, yet, the New York Brooklyn DA's Office said it had lost confidence in all the prosecutions Mr. Franco was directly involved in. Plus, assistant DA, Mr. Eric Sonnenschein said that, [t]he district attorney has determined that under these circumstances the vacature of a drug related conviction serves the interest of justice, preserves limited resources, enhances public safety, and strengthens trust in the criminal justice system," doesn't it? And were Judge Espinel and New York Brooklyn DA's right in vacating these 50 cases with many more to vacate out of the entire 90 cases that disgraced detective Franco was directly involved in? You tell me please.

Was it proper for Privileged white Jewish Mark Zuckerberg and his team of Facebook organization to reject or turndown Black job applicants at Facebook for job positions, despite having met all the required qualifications for the jobs just because they weren't a "culture fit," resulting in three of those rejected black job applicants filing job bias / discrimination complaints against Facebook with the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission ("EEOC"), an agency that investig...ates alleged bias/discriminations in the workplace? You tell me please. According to the Insider report here, one hiring manager at Facebook organization told one of the three candidates that, "[t]here's no doubt you can do the job, but we're really looking for a culture fit." And a Facebook operations manager, Mr. Oscar Veneszee Jr., told the Insider that, he believes several qualified applicants he referred to jobs at the company were rejected because they weren't a "culture fit." And these Facebook managers further state that, "[w]hen I was interviewing at Facebook, the thing I was told constantly was that I needed to be a culture fit, and when I tried to recruit people, I knew I needed [to] find people who were a culture fit; and that, "[b]ut unfortunately not many people I knew could pass that challenge because the culture here does not reflect the culture of Black people." Many sane and reasonable people in this midern age of reason and enlightenment have criticized those organizatiobs' workplaces like Facebook which have pursued the idea of a "culture fit" in their hiring practices because, they argue, it creates an inclination to hire white workers while sidelining other people of nonwhite group of people, are they right? Now, the pressing question here in this facebook scenario is, even though Facebook organization's worplace and its hiring managers do not have ant check box of "culture fit" on Facebook job application, yet, do they have a tacit or hidden cloud of "culture fit" requirement hanging over black job applicants and other nonwhite job applicants, which prevents them from being hired? If so, what a cruel world of privileged white jewish, european caucasian, atabic, and north african people who have used this hodgepodge white privilege group of people to exploit, disadvantaged, humiliate, and destroy blacks and other nonwhite people in the name of not being a so-called "culture fit" of privileged white group of people with the goal of furthering the general interests of the privileged white group economically, financially, socially, health, education, and what have you, which have been going on for centuries of years, if not thousands of years now?
