To all our valued costumers, friends and family.... As the weather starts to change, we want to let everyone know that we have started our 2021 deck restoration and power washing season. We hope everyone had a good winter and we look forward to a great summer with lots of warm and sunny months. Jim Schwartz

An unbelievable transformation on this deck we recently did. We ripped out all the boards and railings and replaced them all from the bottom up. It came out beautiful!

Here's a job where we did some antiquing to the customers concrete. It came out beautiful! Make sure to call us for any concrete jobs you need done! 716-833-9122 Antiquing is when we add additional color to concrete to accent and highlight the texture.

On September 2nd 2019, two beautiful people created a bundle of joy. As the year went by, the bundle of joy has touched our lives in so many ways. As her birthday approaches, I thank God for watching over her in this word of uncertainty. We will be celebrating the first birthday of my granddaughter Ensley on September 12th at the Delaware restuarant on Delaware road in Tonawanda.

Here is an incredible deck transformation we recently did! The customers were ecstatic about their deck being restored. Here is their review: "My wife and I purchased an amazing house with 3+ acres of awesome property near Chestnut Ridge in the Town of Orchard Park a few years ago that came with a massive 30+ year old wood deck. The deck measures 39' x 26' and was in sad shape. It was stained with a solid stain to match the "chocolate brown" trim/gutters of our house but yea...rs of neglect left it peeling & chipping badly. Was quoted a price to replace with a vinyl deck of over $30k!!! Received a second estimate to replace the weathered worn out pressure treated decking with new wood and THAT would have cost us over $15k. After researching the time, cost, methods, etc. of resurfacing the deck myself (WAY more work than I'm willing to do) I stumbled on J.K. Schwartz's "deck rehabilitation" website. Long story short, they advised me they couldn't put anything on top of the existing surface other than another solid stain. After pressure washing & sanding all of the loose old ugly "chocolate brown" stain from the deck surfaces, they applied no less than 3 coats of a gorgeous solid stain (SHERWIN-WILLIAMS Super-deck "Ember" - resembles a light cedar color) and the transformation was indescribable! We added some railings and post sleeves ourselves but the total results were amazing and LITERALLY, at about 1/10 the price of our other estimates! Jim (Sr. AND Jr.) and crew were awesome, answered all of our questions, didn't pull any punches of what to expect/not expect so we pushed forward completely informed of what the finished product should look like and it was above-and-beyond our expectations! If you're considering doing ANY deck rehab, before doing a partial/full reconstruction (by the way, they DO provide reconstruction services if required), go to J.K. Schwartz to see ALL your options. The money you save will impress you, but the results will astound you! Thanks to the entire J.K. Schwartz family & crew for turning our "forever" home into exactly that, a place we want to live forever!"

While sitting at the Red Lobster enjoying a cold beer, this young lad approached me and told me he just turned 10 years old and his parents took him out to his favorite restaurant. I was completely stunned. I picked him up, put him on my knee and we high five each other. I asked him if he was married and he told me no but he has a girlfriend. He gave me a hug and i stuffed a five dollar bill in his pocket. I then went over to his table where his parents were sitting and they both shook my hand and thanked me. I was so touched by this little boy that i asked him to say J.K. Schwartz 3 times and he did. Before leaving the restaurant, i told the manager to make sure that my little buddy Amare got a huge piece of cake and I made sure that his parents did not have to pay for their dinner. This one is on J.K. Schwartz.
