Yesterday was very productive. First, researching #recipes with help from Lulu, of course. I love my library of #cookbooks, old and new. They inspire me to be creative. Second, some roasting of root veg. #rutabaga, #carrots, #beets and #parsnips. Some for the fridge and some for the freezer. Third, proceeded to burn part of dinner. Oops! That happens when I'm too tired and a sure sign that I did too much. After a huge lava flow of #glutenfree #reducedsugar cupcake batter & a massive clean up in the oven, what you see is the finished, although a little messy, product.
