I’ve learned something very important over the past month. There are real estate companies where the broker is sitting back waiting for this Coronavirus crisis to be over and the smart ones who want their agents to come out of this better prepared, better skilled and with an action plan. My congratulations to the brokers who have hired me to do Zoom conferences specifically for their agents to increase and sharpen their prospecting, presentation, objections and closing skills while keeping their morale and motivation up. One of my clients is already reaping the financial benefits with new listings and contracts weekly! That is what a good broker should be doing.
It brings me great joy to continue to learn from those who have taught me a thing or two throughout the years. I remember thinking 13 years ago I wanted to be just like them and today we get to hug and talk while we work together. God answered my prayer(ssssssss)! #Mentors
