This past weekend was jam-packed with showings! Definitely hectic but I loved every minute of it, especially when one of my buyer clients had an offer accepted! So happy for my buyer client, and thankful for the chance to help her navigate this current housing market!

Third closing of 2021! I was so happy to help my buyers navigate their purchase all the way to the closing table! I’m always so grateful to help my clients and be part of their search for a new home, but this particular transaction felt very special because my clients were purchasing a home in the town that I grew up in! The nostalgia was very real on this one! It was great reminiscing about growing up on the north shore and explaining all of the many benefits and what makes this area so special

As we watch the inventory for potential homebuyers shrink and shrink each day, I always mention to my clients that’s so many of our neighbors and friends are empty-nesters, looking to relocate, looking to down size, or selling their home due to financial distress caused by Covid-19. The housing market across the county is on fire! I just wanted to ask my IG followers if they know of anyone looking to buy a home or sell their current home to keep me in mind! I love receiving referrals from friends and family. Honestly it’s the greatest compliment I can receive. In this current market, folks that are looking to list their house can get top dollar! Buyers can expect completion but there are so many homes that are also not getting the attention they may deserve! It’s fair game on both sides. Let’s do this!
