The American Red Cross will be hosting a Blood Drive at the Jordan United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 24th from 8:00 to noon. Please give if you are able as the supply is extremely low !!

Happy Father's Day !!

Matthew 28:16-20, Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. And Jesus came and said to them, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. Pentecost is the day on which the Christian church commemorates the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles and others assembled in Jerusalem. It marks the beginning of the Christian church and the proclamation of its message throughout the world and is often referred to as the birthday of the church. We will be celebrating Pentecost this Sunday (6/4).

137 years later, Memorial Day remains one of America's most cherished patriotic observances. The spirit of this day has not changed it remains a day to honor those who died defending our freedom and democracy Doc Hastings
