If you are a Seller/Landlord/Buyer/Tenant, you are advised to sign New York State Housing and Anti-Discrimination Disclosure Form at the first substantive communication (this very key, to keep in mind) . The form advises you about your rights, in the event you feel, you are being treated unfairly under Fair Housing laws and Provides information on how to file a complain . 2. Fair Housing Notice is to be displayed at the pre-set viewing/ private open house. . .In a previous post I've shared about Phase 2 guidelines, . These are mandatory guidelines from the NYS Department of health, . Last night out of a wimp and encouraged by my colleague @ernst_achildiyev , I bought Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, I'll be getting it delivered next tuesday, I must say I'm excited, it has made a positive impact on my colleague and I want that for myself. . I'll be honest, it's been a journey trying to dis conditioned myself from the limited mindset, that has stopped me from living a fulfilled life, from pursuing my dreams and creating a romantic relationship. . Duri...ng this lockdown I've been focusing on learning and accumulating knowledge but none of it would work if my mindset is not in alignment with who I say I am....I can't transform anything, if its builded on a crippled foundation giving by a mindset that is attached to scarcity, not being enough, not being attractive, feeling stuck and being cynical and resign with the world ( I'm sure, Im not alone) . So what I'll be doing to stay aware of my thoughts and transform my mindset is that: 1. I will write my goals 2. I will list things I'm thankful for 3. List mantras and ways of being for the day 4.
