We're hiring! Experiencd F/T skilled laborer wanted for excavation company based in Holmes, NY. Applicant must be reliable, hard-working, hold a valid/clean driver's license and be able to communicate proficiently in English. Job involves heavy labor including extensive raking, shoveling, and use of small power tools, such as chainsaws. A working knowledge of mechanical tools and repairs, and basic carpentry skills is also required. Experience in shooting grades with laser level is preferred. Recent references are required.

Here was a good example of why there is usually an underlying cause to settling in your yard. This started out as locating the septic tank so it could be pumped as preventative maintenance and turned out to be an old cesspool that was failing structurally. We were able to replace with new precast concrete tank and infiltrator units.
