JR car service is open and available for all transportation needs in both Nassau and Suffolk county. We are currently not only still transporting non emergency medical clients, but also offering private transportation to our clients and the community. If you need safe and reliable transportation please call us to set up a trip.

JR Car Service is here for the community! We are all facing troubling times and confused on how to proceed. Our current focus is make sure we are available to the thousands of our clients who need their transportation services. We have taken half of our fleet and retrofitted them to strictly accommodate only food and/or supplies deliveries in a sterile environment. By doing so it can help keep our main vehicles on the road to get people to their medical appointments. So i...f you own or work for a company in the food or supplies industry that needs help keeping up with the overwhelming deliveries, give us a call and lets come together to make it work! We have fully insured, late model Caravans available with drivers for any type of deliveries. JR Car Service wants to assure our clients and facilities that all scheduled transportation will resume as normal. We are in close contact with the Department of Health, and will keep transporting clients for all medical and mental health appointments.

Happy Monday! JR Car Service values the health and wellbeing of all our clients. We practice all the basic infection control procedures in our vehicles to help minimize the spread of the corona virus and other illnesses. All vehicles are equipped with Lysol and hand sanitizer.
