Hi everyone, we wanted to do a quick update on our 2020 CSA. We have seen a very large increase in interest in our CSA this season. We do not know exactly what this year will have in store, and we do not want to oversell ourselves. We don't know if we will have to continue a curbside pickup model into the summer, and for that reason, we are limiting our CSA signups to 30 more spots, and at the rate we are receiving signups, they won't last very long. We have already planted our first heated tomato greenhouse and are well on the way to planting 2 more soon!

Hello everyone. We want to check in and let you know what's going on with the farm. We still have a decent amount of storage crops left to sell, but with cancellation of the markets and closure of restaurants we are having to adapt our sales model to fit the current regulations/recommendations put in place. We will continue to deliver produce to Saranac Lake at the Hotel Saranac on Saturdays. This will be a Pre-order and pickup style market from 10AM-Noon. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to pack your orders. Some peppers and eggplants starting to take off! These will eventually be planted with the tomatoes and cucumbers in our heated tunnels. Heating allows us to harvest these summer time crops earlier than the weather would normally allow, effectively lengthening the short growing season we have in the North Country.

Our heated high tunnels are in full production! We heat the soil and the air to keep this lettuce and spinach growing in the cold months so we can keep fresh local greens on your table year round!
