OUR MARCH IN WDC WITH INDIAN FLAG in 2013!

Justice for all inc conducted its Executive Director Board Meeting on December 18th, 2020 at 8.30 PM EST to 10.30 PM EST vis a Zoom Meeting as per the request of the Founder Chairman Mr. Thomas Koovalloor to discuss about the future of the organization. Founder Chairman Mr. Thomas Koovalloor proposed to dissolve the organization due to the reason that there were no activities for the last three years. There is no funds to pay the Registered Agent. The Bank Account in the nam...e of the Justice For All Inc already closed. Out of the 15 Directors attended , the majority of the Directors supported the decision to dissolve the corporation which is registered in New Jersey. Mr. Thomas Koovalloor also presented in the Board meeting that there are chances of misusing the name of the organization by newcomers due to the loopholes in the corporation’s bylaws, which is not up to the standard of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986,26 U. S. C.S 501(c) (3) instructed by the New Jersey Department of the Treasy. Resolution No. 1. Dated 12-18-2020 Resolved to dissolve the Justice For All Inc to prevent the chances of misusing the organization by newcomers due to the loopholes in the corporation’s bylaws, which is not up to the standard of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U. Dear JFA friends and supporters, i would like to let you know that I decided to step down from JFA, as the Chairman. Anyone interested to take my position are most welcome, especially from the New Jersey area, that is where the organization is registered. It was my pleasure to work with you guys. We are in the process of building up our organization with enough staffing. We need more volunteers to work for serving people. Like Jesus said Harvest is plenty, but laborers are few.
