They were very respectful, hard working, thoughtful especially with my flower beds keeping any damage to my plants to a minimal, and attentive to details. When they left the first afternoon, two of the guys were close to heat exhaustion due to the heat and humidity. They... all came back and completed the job in only a few days. The first night after they removed the house roof shingles, we had one of the hardest rains we had ever had. We only had a little bit of leakage on the front porch and we talk to the project leader the next morning and they went above and beyond to make sure that area was sealed and protected before and after installing the new shingles. The area was in a valley by the living room dormer that we had issue with prior to reroofing the house but we are confident that the extra workmanship and attention to this area that this problem has been resolved. The guys that came to do the gutters were also above and beyond with details. We have an older garage that over the years sags in the middle, so they did a water test in the newly installed gutter to find the low spot the water would run to and suggested where we should install the new downspout. They also inquired about a spot on the roof that did not have any gutter previously or anything to divert the water to the gutters, the attention to these details was and is impressive to say the least.
