JVL Wildcat will Reopen to students on September 10. In our reopening plan, considerations are in safety and health, training for staff and students, academic rigor, social emotional well-being and mental health supports. Parents may choose to have their child attend 100% remote learning or blended (in-person and virtual) learning. Our blended learning model will slowly phase students to in-person learning. Roquel is aiming to include and amplify the voices of charter school alumni in the policy and political debate around charter schools. I ask that you please share the below mes...sage with your school’s alumni; responses will be used to draft a report regarding charter schools from the perspective of their alumni. ________________________________________ My name is Roquel Crutcher and I work at the think tank Next100. As a charter alumna and an education policy professional, I have begun a project to make sure charter alumni’s voices are at the forefront of the debate over charter schools. I am asking that you complete this survey to share your recommendations for charter schools and how to advance educational equity. Survey results will inform a larger report on the state of charter schools that will influence related policy debates.
