Good Morning it's Thursday! Smoker is up to temp and starting to work its magic! We ran out of Brisket for sandwiches last week, so we made an adjustment and have 4 smoking now! Brisket sandwich is now available Thursday-Sunday! Plenty of Chicken and Pulled Pork and, of course, our Ribs "Where the sauce is an after thought" are in the smoker! There are (2) Racks of amazing Ribs still available for tonight! Just call or reach out via messenger to put your name on one or both! Good Morning it's Tuesday! We are ready for a new `week, just finished up packing all the fresh Mac and Potato Salads and fresh Rt 29 Chili sauce! We will be expanding the availability of the Brisket Sandwich from Thursday to Sunday, it has been a huge hit so we are adjusting! The Pulled Pork Trough (w/our Mac & Cheese) has also been a huge hit (especially with both our Gold Q and Smokey Q sauces)! We are slowly getting this years staff up to speed, all the newbies are doing just great and we appreciate everyone's patience and encouragement! As we grow the staff, our hours will expand as we head towards May!

Good Morning it's Saturday Smoke Fest! Smoker is fired up and doing its magic! We had only 2 racks available for today but were able to squeeze another rib rack into the smoker so we have (6) Racks of our amazing Ribs (Where the sauce is an after thought) available for today! Our phone is still having issues (Spectrum won't be here until Tuesday) so if you would like to reserve a Rack just reach out via messenger or try your luck by stopping in later today and seeing if an...y are available. First off, for everyone that tried to call the shop yesterday my handset died...bought a new one last night and it doesn't power up...So once the Smoker is filled I will go out and replace it. The Smoker is fired up and is being filled with your favorite meats...Chicken, Pulled Pork, Point Brisket for Burnt Ends and RIBS!
