Again another wonderful turn out today with the bagged lunches for children. We will continue on Monday. Just a reminder to call in before 10am Monday through Friday. Also, you can order a day in advance to avoid congestion in the telephone lines. With the huge response we are receiving, you may find it hard to get through, especially from 9:30-10:00am. We open at 5:30am, so feel free to call as early as that!! Thank you everyone.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we would like to reach out to our community and offer bagged lunches for children beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020. As we are all aware of the impact this has had on our schools and our children, we hope to help offer some comfort in a time of need. K & D Deli will be providing bagged lunches for children free of charge. They will have a choice of: PB&J TURKEY HAM & CHEESE... TUNA Also a choice of wheat or white bread. This will come with a juice box, bag of chips and a cookie. Please call in your orders by 10am for pick up between 11am and 2:00pm. Just a reminder: please call in all orders by 10am for bagged lunches. We have to stick to this time frame in order to fulfill the many orders we have coming in every day. We are open early and can take orders from opening up to 10am. I know some people are finding it difficult to get through because we are getting a lot of last minute orders. Again, we apologize to anyone who calls after the allotted time frame and finds they are unable to get the lunches. We want to continue to help the community. After just over a week we are proud to say we have served over 1000 bagged lunches to the children between all of our locations. Have a great weekend! Lunches will resume on Monday.
