Started another big one , this house is getting an all new wrap around deck , new mud room , removing the bilco doors and building a new entry and getting building a bathroom from scratch in the basement , more photos and videos to come , with jimmy Snowden

Here’s a quick basement partial remodel , customer had a flood so we removed all the trim , insulation and drywall 2ft up dried it out and replaced everything and painted entire basement in under 2 weeks .

Here’s a prime example guys , this is what happens when u choose the cheap guy , normally I don’t knock other people or company’s but I’m seeing more and more people buy a pick up truck and a hammer and think there a contractor , please everyone do your research , customers check ratings and reviews and ask for references , ask for there Insurance and workmens comp get a contract, get a warranty in writing do your home work these are the things that separate a real contrac...tor from someone that will either run off with your money or deliver you crappy work and waist your money , there’s no reason today with all the access to the Internet , that people should be doing jobs the wrong way , I see post on here all the time of work people are doing that is beyond wrong , for example doing roofs with no ice and water no starter shingles wavy lines , seems not in the correct spot and so on , and I say to the people that are trying to start a business and are doing work for people do your research atleast , you can find any info you need 1 click away , it’s ok to just be starting out, and to be doing something for the first time , but do your homework and make sure whatever your doing you are doing it properly , I give you credit for being out there working but deliver a quality product . This here is another example these customers , read the bucket the guy left behind that says the stain is guaranteed for 8-10 years on a deck but it didn’t even last a year ? Why - because they painted over top of old paint and so did the guy before them and the guy before them , year after year , you need to strip the deck down to the Bare wood and then get the wood clean of all algae ,mold, mildew and any thing else that will effect the product from doing what is suppose to . Stain is designed to soak into the wood ,it is not designed to lay over top of another product , take the time , strip the deck ,do the job correctly , deliver a quality lasting product , and warranty your work . And customers do your homework , if it’s too good to be true it most likely is and most of all you pay for what get . Just as an example you wanna pay the one guy 1500$ to stain your deck every year and it still peels and looks horrible in between each year ? Or pay 3k ever 8-10 years for a quality lasting warrantied job , you do the math of what’s cheaper in the long run . do your homework people on both sides .
