February seemed to fly by and the month of January when Karie Jean’s Closet was dark is a distant memory. But I bet you didn’t know that even though we were closed to shoppers, Karie Jean’s Closet was helping those in our community! Winter coats were sent to veterans in Troy. Cold weather gear and bedding were gifted to Safe Haven, a Code Blue shelter and Albany’s City Mission. Lastly, 2 local families in need had private shopping sessions.... Proceeds from sales during the previous months were used to provide meals to Family Promise and Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless. Karie Jean’s Closet was also able to honor our annual pledges to New Scotland Food Pantry, Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless, and Capital Area Council of Churches. Thank you so much for your continued support throughout this unprecedented time!

Outfits of the Week- we’re slowly inching towards Springtime! Try pairing a brighter color sweater or floral print with your regular winter wear to update your wardrobe.
