Karl Avallone Builder

This is a project I was on working as a subcontractor/Project Supervisor from 2010 to 2012 working for DSD + B, the contractor. The pictures do look very fake, but this is really a completed house, pool house and garage.

This was in Luxe magazine. Picture number 01 is a project that the cabinet shop, Custom Woodworking Design worked on. Picture number 03 was a project that Karl Avallone Builder worked on. It was a project in Old Westbury, Long Island that we worked for John Smyth of Smyth Custom Builders. He was a pleasure to work for and help out on this project.
