Dear Valued Customers, We want to provide you with an update on how Bul Auto & Karma Albany are currently addressing the challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our customers and colleagues remains our number one priority. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional measures published by the CDC to make our cleaning protocols even more rigorous. This means more frequent cleaning of heavily trafficked areas including entrances, door handles, cu...stomer lounges, workstations, and restrooms. Additionally, we will be cleaning our service loaner vehicles along with all vehicles used to shuttle customers and employees before and after each use. However, we understand that with the current situation, customers may prefer not to visit the dealership. We recommend visiting our website www.bulautosales.com where you are able to shop for your next vehicle without the need to visit in person. We can arrange to deliver the vehicle directly to you. If you would like to test drive a vehicle but do not want to come to the dealership, if you are within a reasonable distance, we will do everything possible to bring the vehicle to you. While your vehicle is in for service our employees are also taking precautions and additional measures to ensure your health and safety. Technicians are wearing gloves during the service and wiping down surfaces after the service has been performed. If you are in need of service but prefer not to visit our dealership in person, we offer pick-up and delivery by appointment only. At this time, we are open for business and committed to providing the same exceptional service you have come to expect from Bul Auto & Karma Albany.
