Sky above me, Earth below me, Fire within me. Orient yourself to your space/place. Connect to the earth/ground beneath your feet and to the sky/sun/universe. Place one hand on your heart and another on your lower belly... Take a slow and deep breath in (inhale, inspire), visualizing that your breath is igniting the fire (heat, energy, life force, spirit) within you... As you breath out (exhale, release) imagine your fire expanding and energizing your whole being. ... Invite your intuition and insight to lead this practice, feel free to make it your own. Self-care IS Community-Care, they can happen simultaneously and are interconnected....and contrary to popular belief, it does not require you to consume and acquire products. We're in the midst of a great shift within our personal, societal, and planetary evolution. Now more than ever, it is essential we holistically heal ourselves and respect each other as we simultaneously accept the truth that we are deeply interconnected to everything and everyone around us, this is hea...ling justice. It is imperative that we each intentionally and courageously reclaim and respect our inner resources and how we share our energy and power so that we may easefully show up as our authentic self in service to our communities, environment and society, this is radical self-care. We can no longer afford to be motivated by fear, money, prestige, competition, and the need for security; this is the scarcity mindset that has created the oppressive and extractive systems we’ve been surviving within and also embodying. It is necessary to acknowledge and heal our traumas enough, so that we allow ourselves to be motivated by love, cooperation, creative expression, freedom, and spiritual awareness; this is the abundance mindset that will give us room to breat...he, regenerate, and thrive. Healing through radical self-care is a choice and we must choose to heal if we seek transformation and liberation, for no change, acceptance, or respect can happen out there in the world if change, acceptance, and respect in here within ourselves is not nourished and supported. This is a personal and collective reckoning, things are accelerating and coming into their limitations, inviting us to pause and make a conscious and empowered choice as to whether we want to follow the path of fear or love, and this up for choosing with every sunrise. #loveethic #KasaHealing #selfhealers
