Today’s yoga flow reflects some positive and deep changes in the stars 1. Mars - the warrior planet, fiery, action moves into Gemini a quick moving air sign of communication. To connect with this energy I recommend a quick flow connecting breath with movement with lots of core work & twists (Mars) and neck stretches, side openers, shoulder stand and fish (Gemini) 2. Another important astrological event today is Venus the planet of love, beauty and connection is sextile ...Uranus the planet of change, chaos, the unexpected. Find unexpected pleasure today, open up in your yoga practice and be unapologetic. Venus is in Pisces, a water sign that rules the 12th house of surrender. Where can you soften and let go? Honor this by tuning into your divinine feminine. This yoga practice balances the action of Mars with soft and sweet yin poses and hip openers 3. The sun is in Pisces and the moon is in Scorpio both deep water signs again asking us to move in flow, breathe deeply and release the old. With an opening in my schedule and daily life, I’m beginning to offer daily yoga practices to help you ground and connect. The yoga practices will align with the astrology of the moment, and on certain days I’ll add a tarot pull. For today’s practice I’m focusing on flow, release, surrender, finding balance and going deep. As the sun moves through Pisces, the water sign offers an opportunity for us to connect with the flow of life, our inner emotions and creativity and to release and surrender. Today the moon moves from Libra a sign of balance, harmony and partnership into Scorpio another water sign that urges us to dig into our depths for transformation.
