Social Distancing? I just came to new appreciation of our bucolic lifestyle here in the Hudson Valley. Yesterday I had nine personal interactions in 24 hours. Four agents, one interview, my assistant, two store clerks and the one person in line with me at the local market. That isn’t terribly unusual even in a normal time. My children in the city have that many interactions within minutes of leaving their apartments. No wonder we treasure our isolation here in the country!

It’s interesting that the researchers don’t automatically consider that the outside of a home typically reflects the inside...so greater curb appeal correlates to a clean home with appealing interior design as well....so rake the leaves and tidy the kitchen!

Apparently Houlihan Lawrence is making its way to Florence, one bit at a time!

This weekend check out the Nutcracker at the Egg in Albany. My daughter Brady danced with their tour for many years and the choreography is simply amazing for a small local company now in it’s 50th season!
