Good Monday Morning to any followers of Kathy’s Yoga! It’s been a long while since posting here. May this find you well and happy! For the next 3 Thursdays I’ll be teaching 9:30 a.m. Vinyasa Flow at Earthshine Yoga Studio in Saranac Lake! This Thursday is Halloween, October 31st, but don’t be scared, it’s Kathy’s Yoga, moderately paced, focus on breath and alignment, seeking to invite joy and grounding to your day/week! Maybe I’ll see you there! And for any of you who are still interested and haven’t started Barre class at Earthshine Yoga Studio in the mornings, several classes from which to choose, every morning, with Gabi, check it out. Introductory $20 unlimited pass can’t be beat! It’s fabulous!

This coming Friday, November 10th at 5:30p until 7p Yoga from the Ground Up--Beginner Level at Earthshine Yoga Studio in Saranac Lake. Join me especially if you are brand new to yoga or if you desire a check-in with your regular yoga practice. Gentle movement with easy directions. A great gift to yourself after a full week. Baby, it'll be cold outside...invite some easing practice to the evening as your weekend begins and maybe feel better about sleeping in on Saturday. Oh, yeah, I am back at Earthshine Saturday morning at 10 a.m. You could join me then for Gentle Yoga as the air outside slowly warms up!!!

Friday, October 13, 5:30-7pm @ Earthshine Yoga Studio in Saranac Lake try Yoga from the Ground Up - Beginner Level. Part of studio's Focused Friday series. Try yoga for the first time and/or explore what yoga is all about! Curious about class format, purpose of poses and breath, and more? Join Kathy for a gentle beginner level class open to all.
