Zumba is at 5:15 tonight and halfway through we will switch to mat work so bring your yoga mat and get ready to hit the butt and abs people!! come by the Napanoch Firehouse for an awesome workout with some some amazing people. I wanted to take the time to say we had an amazing week last week. It was so good to see so many of my zumbagoers and some new faces too!!! we also tried switching out our chair choreo for some mat-work Wednesday night. Great job everyone!! Thank You for the feedback too. Today we will have our regular Zumba basic class at 5:15 At the Napanoch Firehouse. Cant wait to see you then!!!!
