Wednesday has been Rochester Floor Hockey League game day for over a decade of my life. The pandemic knocked us down, but not out. The RFHL is an awesome part of my life, and I've made friends that will last a lifetime, all in the pursuit of a plastic puck around a battered gym floor. Wednesday are now going to be RFHL Heritage Days on my feeds
