I miss my customers so much... :( :( :(

So I have a list (a very long list) of everyone who has messaged me about a haircut since March 21st.As soon as I know when I can open ,I will start calling people and scheduling appointments. If you are not on the list ,I suggest calling me asap ,as I have well over 100 people on it already (and some are families).I will start on page one and work down from there,in the order people called me.....I do know there will be no walks in allowed (for awhile)and no one will enter MY salon without a temp check and a mask.Clean capes for every customer.everyone will be asked to wait in their cars to allow me to clean all surfaces between cuts.I promise to do my absolute best to keep myself,my family and all of you as safe as I possibly can!!!.thank you all for reaching out and being the BEST customers on earth!!!!! <3

Ok folks.my covid test results are in and negative.I have been working like crazy scheduling everyone. I'm about 1/3 of the way done...please be patient as I am only one person and have about 250 people to schedule.I have spent the last 4 days prepping,cleaning and setting up all the new guidelines we must follow as well as running for supplies we must have to open as well as the slow shipping on all my new capes. This is all new to Us hairdressers and I promise I am doing ...my VERY best to assure you all stay safe.This whole scheduling a large mass of people is NOT easy and I keep extending my days a little longer but don't want to burn myself out either.So again ,please be patient with me.please don't be rude,it deffinately won't get you in any faster.If you have contacted me and haven't heard back,don't think I have forgotten you,again I am only 1/3 of the way through my call list.I will not be answering my phone while cutting n coloring so please leave a voicemail and I will return your call as soon as possible.much love and can't wait to see you guys <3 See more

PUBLIC NOTICE: -on 5/29th I completed a safety resource officer training.I am now certified . - NO WALK IN'S ALLOWED.BY APPT ONLY -my waiting area will now be closed. -one person allowed in salon at a time,which special exceptions made for babies,small children,and special needs customers.never more than 2 people allowed!! I ask you to leave your friends,spouses and children and pets home.Families that arrive together must come in one at a time .... -you are to remain in your car UNTIL I call you in.I have to sanitize all work spaces and all implements between every cut. -mandatory health screenings will be done for each person entering salon (questionare,temperature checks)if anyone is experiencing symptoms or has been in contact with anyone that has,or has traveled to high risk areas,I ask that you wait 14 days to reschedule.Please don't put me and my family at risk!! -everyone who enters must bring a face mask and wash hands at station outside salon. -all names and phone numbers must be recorded for contact tracing. -no food allowed -no beard trims or mustache trims -i ask all people to wash hair at home unless receiving a chemical service -no one can leave salon and come back during their appointment. -all deliveries will be tracked -clean capes and chair coverings will be provided for EACH customer. -blow drying will not be allowed in phase 2. I am awaiting my covid -19test results and hope to have results tomorrow .
