We would be truly grateful for your support this Giving Tuesday! With your help, the Sciencenter can continue to create a broad community of curious, confident,... critical thinkers throughout this current pandemic and beyond. Your support helps to care for our animals, build new exhibits, provide free memberships to families in our community, facilitate educational programs, and so much more! Donate today at sciencenter.org/donate. See more

Tomorrow is #GivingTuesday. We need your help to provide grants to the great schools we have in #Ithaca. Will you make a gift to support our work? We've alrea...dy funded great programs in education in the Trades at @Dewitt, and helped build a BIPOC 10th grade literature program at Ithaca High School. Check out our stories here: IPEI.org With your gifts, we can do even more. http://bit.ly/2w6RfOV

Don't forget to come visit the Brown Trout at the Sciencenter! Their yolk sacs are almost completely absorbed. Next, they'll enter the very brief "look-up" phas...e where they'll start to look upwards for their first meal. Once they start feeding, they'll then be fry and will begin swimming in the water column! Brown Trout at the Sciencenter are made possible by Discover Cayuga Lake, which sponsors the Finger Lakes Trout in the Classroom program at regional schools.
