We’re excited to announce our Cellar Series ciders will be releasing periodically over the next few months.We’ve been aging some of our more unique small batch styles going back to 2014 to see how they respond to time and solitude. Some have adopted entirely new characteristics and are experiencing their second life. Keep an eye out at our tasting room, we’ll be featuring select ciders from our farm cellar over the next few months for you to enjoy at the bar or at home! *L...imited quantities * First Generation 1852 (vintage - 2015) The high acidic quality has mellowed over time and become more mature.Still very sharp and tart but with a bigger mouth feel and the characteristics of the apples are coming through even stronger.

Sammie special of the week! Roasted a couple pork shoulders for some super tasty Cuban sammies available this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the tasting room! Roasted pork butt pressed with ham, mustard, pickles and Swiss!

We have trees! Construction on Niagara street is so close to being buttoned up. We wanted to thank everyone this past year for the support with the constant changing store front and work being done outside. We can't wait to see the bike lane project fully finished and usable! This week's featured producer is @beertreebrew and their NEIPA Star Gazing! It is brewed with flaked oats, white wheat, and a touch of caramel malt. Hopped with Citra ,mosaic, amarillo. Soft easy drinking NEIPA with soft light fruity finish. Apple spice is back on tap and in bottles!

Cider special alert! Stop in this Wednesday and Thursday from 4-6 and try a glass of this is a wild fermented cider. This Cider is 100% Crabapple with complex tannins, high acidity, and is extremely funky, very similar to a dry Spanish cider. @blackduckcideryis out of Ovid, N.Y. in the Finger Lakes region. To compliment this Spanish style wine we are also throwing in a slice of our tomato toast wheb you purchase a glass of Black Duck Cider! Taste notes: Tart, dry, acidic, cherry and tart apple flavor.
