We are open! Curbside pick up service only. Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00 - 2:00... (If you are not able to pick up requested items between the hours of 10-2 I may be able to make other arrangements with you. Please let me know.) When your request is ready to be picked up I will contact you and your items will be packaged in a paper bag and placed on a table at the library entrance for you to pick up. Returns can be placed in the bookdrop anytime. Or, if we are open, you can put your items back inside your paper bag and leave it under the table when you come to pick up your next batch of requests. Please practice social distancing when approaching the library entrance. How to request materials - Requests may be done by email [email protected], google form, or by calling the library at 518-834-9054. *Library Update* Unfortunatley, I am no longer able to fill requests. All requests that have been able to be filled up until today (3/31) have been filled. I won't be making anymore calls for pickups until we reopen. If you kave a kindle or tablet you can access e-books and audiobooks with your library card using the Libby app. Im happy to help anyone get this set up or troubleshoot. *Library Update* The book drop at the library is open for anyone who is already out and about and wants to drop off their books. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP JUST TO RETURN BOOKS! There are no fines or late fees. I don't want anyone to feel like you must return your books. Books that are returned are being wiped with disinfecting wipes and set aside for 24 hours before being put back in circulation. I'm going to TRY to keep making books available to those who need the...m as long as I can maintain my supply of disinfecting wipes. If you need books you have 3 options: 1. Go to cefls.org and make requests through the website. You MUST make sure the book you are requesting is at the Keeseville library. Interlibrary loan is suspended at this time and books from other libraries will NOT be delivered. Once I have your items ready I will call you and make arrangements for you to pick up your items from the book bench outside. 2. If you don't know how to make requests from the website or you need helping with finding out your barcode number or pin number, you may email me at [email protected] and I will help you. ** Your pin number is automatically set to be the last four digits of your phone number** 3. Take advantage of all the e-books and audiobooks. You can find information on how to access digital content on the cefls.org website. Again, feel free to email me if you need help. I'm also offering to make book deliveries to my elderly patrons. Stay safe, everyone!

New hours on Mondays + more in-person browsing time! The children's room is still closed until further notice. We do have a small collection of kids books to browse upstairs, though!

KFL is now open for limited browsing on Fridays. At this time entry is by appointment only. Please call 518-834-9054 during library hours (M/W/F 10-2) to schedule your appointment. We are still offering curbside pick up. If you'd like to request books for pick up just give us a call!
