So with where the market is now it’s likely that not only you but the majority of the people you know are staying in place, extending leases, and hopefully getting some type of forgiveness from landlords and banks. With that being said, if you do need to move in the upcoming months, please remember that real estate agents like myself will be here to help. And I’m going to make a pledge to assist whomever comes my way to get into NO FEE apartment situation (which means you ...don’t pay us the landlord does)...and look to get the maximum in sellers concessions for folks who want to buy. It’s only right and it will make better sense and be the avenue many brokerages will go to once we are out of this scary situation.
