Hitting 175lbs for 3 reps. It's not much to some people, but to me its progress. There will always be someone bigger, faster, or stronger than you. Focus on your work and leave alone anything out of your control.
Pick a destination and go all out in that direction! Look back and know you tried your hardest when everything is said and done.
