#motivatedaf on this #motivationalmonday ! Pizza and wings are on the menu with a margarita to celebrate #nationalmargaritaday ! Both of my workouts intensified this week. #barreblend went up to 40 minutes and #9wcf lowered it's reps, but upped the weights! I'd say I sweated a lot today and earned this meal! #happymondayeveryone

Happy #meatlessmonday y'all!! Yup, I did it. I tried the #tiktokpasta even though I don't have tiktok. I do have to say I've made this before, but with a different cheese and both ways are delicious! Quick, simple and delicious?!?! SIGN ME UP!... For the pasta that is, still not signing up for tiktok, I see what it does to people, lol. Anywho, happy Monday, hope you got your workout in, because you know what I always say: #nevermissamonday !

Fell into a rut and needed to climb myself out. Thankfully I know what helps with my anxiety and depression, and you do too. . . My workouts. I know you hear me talk about them a lot, but what you may not understand is how they save me. ... . . They save me from the extra unwanted pounds I don't want on my body. . They save me from boredom. . . They save me from depression and anxiety. . . For the whole time of my workout, I can't think or worry about anything else besides the move that I'm on. It's like my mind is at ease. If I even try to think about something else, my balance is off, my core isn't tight and my back isn't protected. Can't have that. And if you've ever worked out with me before, you know the only time it's okay to talk, is if you're asking me about that move and if you're doing it right. Otherwise, it's quiet time. . . And that my friends is what keeps me sane.......most of the time, lol. See more

New week! New month! New Monday! New program!... I've been waiting to start this program because honestly, I was scared. Scared because of my shoulder. I don't want to make it worse than what it is and some workouts can do that. Thankfully, I don't have to worry about that. This program lets me modify EVERY SINGLE MOVE so I'm safe and comfortable. My goal is to go into my surgery STRONG, as strong as I can be so I can come out strong. I know I'll get there with the help of this program and my Babycakes by my side pushing me everyday, even when I don't want to. We are #motivatedaf We're in this together.

IF YOU HAVE BLOATING PROBLEMS, THIS IS FOR YOU!! Listen, I probably have the most undiagnosed GI problems there is, but the one I can't stand is bloating! If you suffer from it like I do, you get it. #iykyk HOWEVER, I have found that this trick works for me, so I do it EVERY SINGLE DAY! Pair it with working out, and you will feel SOOO much better! ... I posted it to my IG stories, so if you haven't seen it, check it out. Give it a week and your gut will thank me! You're welcome. P.S. I've been doing this for over 5 years, so it's not like I just started doing it and YOU have to try it out, I've been at it for a while and you NEED to give it a try.

We had 2, yes 2 rest days and man, oh man, did we need them! I've been doing 2 workouts a day plus yoga for the past two weeks. It started to catch up to me, so I was happy to take these rest days, but you know I had to make them active. Yesterday we did yoga and today we did a barreblend class. We'll probably do a little yoga before bed because we both realized how much better we sleep when we do. ... Again, just another reason why I love having my Beachbody On Demand. One app and we have yoga, barre, lifting and now programs available at our fingers. Happy Sunday Loves! GO BILLS!!

I think squirrels are ADORABLE! I get around 5-8 everyday in front of my house that I feed. But today the town cut down mine and my 2 neighbors trees, so I don't know if they'll come back. I was so mad when I saw my tree gone!

Ummmmmm... YES PLEASE!! Tried out a new recipe for #tacotuesday and it did NOT disappoint! It does have a lot of gochujang in it, which I know is SPICY, so I cut it in half and even with that it still has a big kick! ***It could just be spicier for me because I use tofu and tofu is just a sponge as compared to meat which has it's own flavor to begin with.**... But this sauce with these pickled mini cucumbers and red onions!!!!!!! AH-MAZING!! I could eat these every day! Did I mention it's super simple? Well, it is! I hope this got your taste buds tingling because you need to try this!! And yes, most of the ingredients are from Aldi!

This is why I do yoga almost every single morning. No, not a flow, but a stretch. And yes, it's usually a hip stretch. ... My right hip is just awful. It hurts me all the time and it prevents me from getting a good night's sleep, along with my shoulder. I can tell the difference between days I do and don't do yoga by the way I sleep at night and the pain I feel all day. This is what a difference of just 30 minutes of hip opening yoga can do! So far this is one of my favorite videos for the hip, but I have a few. I honestly couldn't even TRY to fold forward in the beginning! Give yoga a try folks, it might just change your mind......and body. P.S. Don't mind the bags and hair, I told ya I can't sleep!

I haven't been feeling my best, but thankfully I felt better today, so we went ahead and pushed play on #morningmeltdown100 and we did #meltcon . Of course I sweater like crazy, but I loved every minute of it. Did you workout today? Don't forget, #nevermissamonday !

I don't normally do resolutions, mainly because I forget what they are and I don't want to disappoint myself, but we decided today that one of our resolutions will be to do yoga at least 5 times a week. I'm striving for everyday, but I'll do my best to hit 5. . . We noticed a difference in our flexibility when we did @barreblendworkout last year, so I decided that's going to be my morning fasted cardio workout. I'm hoping with all the yoga and barre workouts, I'll be able to ...sleep better at night, and so will Scott. . . Anybody else make any resolutions? P.S. Chunk and Buggs weren't impressed.

Yup, not much has changed in this household, lol. We still push play 6 times a week, Scott still plays hockey once or twice a week, I still do my fasted cardio and yoga and I still sweat...... A LOT! . . This isn't a "New Year, New Me" post. This is a New Year, STILL me post. Am I hoping to make some changes? Of course, but for the most part, things will stay the same, just a little tweaking with my eating plan, lol. 2020 may have sucked, but we grew a lot and learned a lot, and for that, I'm thankful.
