A beautiful Upstate NY destination, a short drive down Rt. 90. @lakehousecdga took my breath away with their design choices, views, food & service!

Well...that was fast. Didn't even get a chance to post "Just Listed" before we went under contract! This is a great time to sell, let me know if you have any questions about buying and selling in this exciting market.

Our homes have taken on new meaning in 2020 and it continues now in 2021... Home offices, home gyms & homeschool classrooms are the new norm. Our homes might have new purpose but it's still the place you want to feel cozy, happy and with the ones you love...with masks OFF!

So much of what I loved about my former career in counseling remains the same in real estate...it's about your people. It's about communication. It's about relationships & trust. So grateful for my people and can't wait to help more clients in 2021. The best is yet to come, friends!

Are January and February good months to sell? Yes! Yes! A 1000x YES! Here’s why: 1. You’ll face less competition. 2. You’ll get lots of attention from buyers’ agents. 3. With rock-bottom interest rates, buyers are ready to purchase.... 4. Your home is still shining after the holiday rush. 5. You’ll enjoy a quick closing. Online searches for buying a home peak in January and February so if you’re thinking of selling, try to get in front of the action. Need a realtor who knows our area to help? Send me a message -- I can't wait to hear from you! See more

Closing day for the newest HOMEOWNER and her pup! How cool is this backyard barn...such a bonus space at this lovely Fayetteville home. Rosie and I had to go check it out this morning and drop off a little something while we were in the neighborhood. #dogapproved Welcome Home!

I'm back at it after a wonderful time spent with family celebrating the most magical time of the year, even in 2020! There is such beauty in disconnecting to connect with those you love most. I hope you had a wonderful holiday season full of health and happiness! More than ever, there is such excitement and anticipation for the New Year. I always love this time between Christmas and January 1st...a time to plan, set goals, dream and re-connect with la...st year's successes and areas for growth. I can't wait to check back on what you might have planned around your home in 2021. Major renovations, small DIY projects, preparing to sell, landscaping, painting...so many things to think about when it comes to our space. Especially with all the time we have been spending at home! Happy Holidays! See more

BUYING PROCESS STEP 7: FINANCING PERIOD Last week we talked about the inspection period: now let’s talk about the financing period! When we go under contract, there is a financing contingency in the terms. This means the agreement is contingent upon the buyer's ability to get financing on the home. There is a set period of time that you will need to apply for a loan and obtain one (receive a commitment letter from the lender) ... It’s very important not to make any big purchases, open a new credit card, or make any job changes during your real estate transaction: any of these activities can alter your qualifications for a loan and slow up the process. Once the lender has officially approved all documentation required to fund the loan, we will receive the clear to close and get the closing scheduled! Stay tuned for the next post about all the documentation prepared by the real estate attorneys...another major piece of the puzzle to officially CLOSE! See more
