The Grade A Dark syrup is here! Our last batches have all come off as Grade A Amber(on the right). The most recent batch is the sample on the left. Grade A Dark has a more robust and bold maple flavor, and we should be bottling some up soon. They are both great, but which is your favorite??

How much sap is too much? Can you have too much? These are questions we are getting close to finding out!! Lots of sap means plenty of syrup to go around!

Our roadside, self-serve cabinet is up! Stop by anytime at your convenience and pick up some pure New York state maple syrup. And if you happen to come by when we're boiling and you see steam coming out of the sap house, feel free to pop in, look around, and say hi.

We are still at it! The temperatures look good for strong sap flow the next few days. Let's hope for lots of sap and lots of syrup!!

It was a productive day yesterday! We boiled off around 5.5 gallons of pure maple syrup. You can expect us to have bottled syrup ready for your table soon! And with the upcoming weather, we should be able to make plenty more to go around!!
