Tile is in and toilet reinstalled. Looks a lot nicer and will last a lot longer than linoleum. Hope the tenant will like it. Rest of this unit will be painted tomorrow then just a few finishing touches before they move in.

Next project started.

Busy few months with our new appartments on Dewey. Redid 2 bathrooms replaced 5 windows so far, new floors in 4 apartments and fixed pages of code violations. Just about ready to be reinspected.

Dewey apartment 1 is just about done just have to move tools out. It came a long way in a short time. Hope new person Likes it. Move in date is January 1st.

More of the bathroom floor done. Just one more day and Dewey will be finished.

Main sewer repair at Portland. 3 weeks till move in for new tenants glad it broke now before they move in.

Started priming today. Hopefully bathroom will be complete by end of weekend. Then on to kitchen.

Windows, Roof, And paint done. Next trim, siding on dormers and more inside work. 1 month and counting.

Work from last weekend. First window of many, The rest will be in place by Monday. Then onto siding trim and stain.

Ended up waking up early so worked on the house before the birthday celebrations.

Two more rooms emptied. Big help from the next KELT employee.
