From Our Secretary: I would personally like to thank everyone who supported and helped us navigate through the Covid 19 Pandemic. I see a light at the end of the tunnel.... We would like to congratulate Benjamin Pirri and Timothy Maddigan on their appointments as Accident Prevention Chairmen for our lodge. Congratulations to the officers who volunteered to take their positions another year. This should add to our stability and make us even stronger. Our Lodge is open every Thursday at 5 pm and Friday at 4 pm. Drawings for Queen of Hearts is held every Friday at 8 pm. We stop selling tickets at 7:30 pm the night of the draw Enjoy Fish Fry’s every Friday

As a reminder, this Monday’s meeting (March 22nd) will be formal as we are Installing the Lodge Officers for 2021-2. Meeting starts at 7pm. There will be no food prior to the meeting but coffee and cake will be served at the conclusion.

News Flash: At our regular meeting on April 12th at 7:00 pm we will initiate Robert Jones Jr. into our family of Elks. Elk of the Year, Officer of the Year, Citizen of the ... Year and other awards will be presented to our membership. Formal Attire; Finger Food prior to meeting

From Our ER: Irish Greeting to one and all. Well the months are just flying by. Hard to believe we're about to March into St Patrick's Day already! Speaking of St Paddy's Day, We'll be celebrating it on... Sat. March 20th 5:00 pm. So get your St. Pat’s Day attire ready. There’s bound to be some Shenanigans and Malarkey going on .We will be having corn beef sandwiches being made and prepared by Rita, one of our own. Thank you Rita! There have been a few changes at the Lodge. Why not come and check it out? Chef Rob and Kari are now at the lodge. Our Friday fish fry’s are back and Chef Rob has been getting rave reviews! I'm 67 and have never been able to stomach a fish fry Chef Rob has changed that for me. His fish fry is absolutely amazing! It’s called the Chef’s Special. It's beer battered, breaded and deep fried. It's to die for! His other dishes are just as scrumptious!. Our dart league will be starting back up in the very near future. Information will be forthcoming. We find ourselves still in this pandemic, however our numbers are still going in the downward direction. Many of our members have gotten the vaccine. Hopefully if you haven't been able to get one yet, you will soon. With so many getting the vaccine, I'm praying we will get back to some normalcy in the near future. Covid19 restrictions are still in place at the lodge. Face masks, social distancing, sanitizing. For now there is limited seating at 50% capacity. Found this interesting article which I will share with you. Are you Kathlick?... Three little boys were concerned because they couldn't get anyone to play with them. They decided it was because they had not been baptized and didn't go to Sunday school. So they went to the nearest church. But, only the janitor was there. One little boy said, We need to be baptized because no one will come out and play with us. Wlll you Baptize us? Sure, said the janitor. He took them into the bathroom and dunked their little heads in the toilet bowl one at a time. Then he said, You are now baptized!. When they got outside, one of them asked, What religion do think we are? The oldest one said, We‘re not Kathlick, because they pour the water on you. We’re not Babtis, because they dunk all of you in the water. We’re not Methdiss, because they just sprinkle water on you. The littlest one said, Didn’t you smell that water? They all joined in asking, Yeah! What do you think that means? I think it means we are Pisskopailians.

From Our Secretary: We are searching for more Toby’s. If you should find any, please recruit them for our Lodge. Congratulations to our Officers for 2021-22 Due to... Covid 19 and lodge closing, last years officers volunteered to run another year. This will provide us with stability. Their installation will be held during the March 22nd meeting. Congratulation to Rob We Jones who was elected to become a member of our family of Elks. He and Kari Terranova have assumed the duties of Cook and Head Waitress for our Lodge. Reminder: St. Patricks Day Cash Draw will be held Tuesday, March 16th at 7 PM. $50 Donation. Proceeds to benefit Bear Griffith, NYS Endorsed Presidential candidate.
