Good morning parents & Kerboomkidz . The Holiday season is upon us. Here are 3 ways to mentally stay focus , strong & be the best version of yourself! . . 1. Take brain breaks! Virtual school isn't always the easiest and neither is sitting too long. Be sure to take 5-minute breaks throughout your day to stretch, walk or dance!... 2.Practice Buzzing Blissfulness. Take a deep breath in, hold your breath for 3 seconds and slowly let out the air in your chest while buzzing your mouth. Do this 3 times or until you feel calm. 3.Think about someone's reaction before acting. Imagine what another's response would be so you can make the appropriate action. This will help us prevent acting out of emotion and making poor decisions. HAVE AN AMAZING DAY

It's not about having the time, it's about making the time! When the WHOLE family Is active about being better, making healthy habits is easy and fun! . . . Put aside 30 minutes a day for your family to be active together. Whether it's going for a walk, shoveling snow, having an impromptu dance party, or participating in virtual kerboomkidz. Put your families health first and do it together!

Today is our FIRST snow day of the season! Here are somethings to do as a family to make your day magical! Make a SNOWMAN and post it on your Instagram TAG US @thisismyswagfoundation and Kerboomkidz, so we can post your creation! Play a board game or do a puzzle with your family! Shovel for an elderly neighbor and we will send you a SWAG mask!... Make an igloo and play in it! Nevertheless have fun and be safe. See more
