I call it, "The CBOWEN " (Crossiant Bacon Overload with Warm Eggcelent Nutrients). The "CBOWEN" is a delicious, decadent, deluxe sandwich, which was launched today in honor of Chef Curtis Bowen and his new food page FLOURS FOR YOU. The main ingredients are as follows:-... Made a delicious egg, ham, cheese and baby spinach, breakfast wrap this morning.

Spiced honey/orange chicken, parmesan/herb cous cous, topped with alfalfa and radish sprouts, Cucumber, shredded carrots and radish salad with a lemon poppy seed dressing and the gravy at the side.

My baby spinach & cheese omlette with pastrami and sliced tomatoes, topped with alfalfa and radish sprouts and a lemon poppy seed dressing on a croissant.

My Spiced oven roasted chicken breast topped with alfalfa and radish sprouts, roasted garlic cous cous garnished with avocado and fresh parsley, steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets and a Cucumber, shredded carrots and radish salad in a lemon poppy seed dressing.

My orange chicken, Brussel sprouts sautéed in olive oil, creamy herb mashed potatoes topped with Bean sprouts, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots and bell peppers lightly sautéed and pepper steak and lemon pepper shrimp spinach wrap.

My appetizer is a pepper steak and lemon pepper shrimp spinach wrap that sits on a mild honey chipotle yogurt dressing and garnished with Bean sprouts.

My pan seared rosemary and garlic butter steak topped with Bean sprouts and a side of lemon dill sauce, cajun shrimp, creamy herb mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts sautéed in herb butter and a side of cherry tomatoes, lightly sautéed in olive oil and Italian herb seasoning.
