Thank you to everyone who has pointed out that our August dates are the same as the Hammondsport festival. We are looking at alternate dates and no one will have to choose. Our goal is always to showcase the wonderful art and artists of the Finger Lakes and especially Keuka Lake. Please keep checking back while we determine what state and local requirements we will need to meet in order to keep everyone safe.
Dear Artists, Vendors and Friends of the Keuka Arts Festival, In a normal year, we would be deep in the planning stages for this year’s Festival, but this is definitely not a normal year. After having to cancel the 2020 Festival due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still uncertain as to the fate of this year’s Keuka Arts Festival. What we can tell you is that we have been in contact with the Village of Penn Yan and have asked to postpone until August 21 and 22 the third we...ekend in August instead of our normal June date (Edited: Please note that we have been informed of the possible conflict with Hammondsport). Our hope is that by late summer there will great improvement in the infection rate and a better opportunity to go ahead with the Festival. However, the Village is not ready to give their permission just yet understandably so we are still playing the waiting game, as is the rest of the world. What we can also tell you is that no matter what, we plan on holding the Keuka Arts Festival again. It is not going to go away, and we hope to come back bigger and better than ever. In the time since the last Festival, there have been some wonderful improvements in and around the park where the Festival is held. Of particular note is that there is now a pedestrian bridge near the children’s playground (Area C, for those of you who may remember) that connects to the north side of the Outlet, closer to town and additional parking. This bridge will bring many more people into that area and to the Festival as a whole. Those artists who were juried in for the 2020 Festival we promised that your jury fee will carry over to 2021 and will carry over to 2022 if necessary, but we fervently hope that will not be necessary. We will be in contact with you as news becomes available. Do check our website, www.keukaartsfestival.com for updates as well. In the meantime, if you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact the Arts Center at any time. They can be reached at 315-536-8226 or at [email protected] .

Eileen Weishan is our next Featured Artist (Eileen's husband Michael will be after her - ladies first!). Eileen's art involves making beautiful and wearable pieces of art from fabric and beads. You can find more of her artworks and more information about her on our website, www.keukaartsfestival.com. We can't wait to welcome her back next summer!
Our next Featured Artist is a two-for-one - husband and wife team of Fred and Holly Lawrenson. Fred is a painter of nature, while Holly can be found photographing landscapes and wildlife. They make a great team, and we are always happy to see them at the Keuka Arts Festival! Check out our website, www.keukaartsfestival.com for more information about the Lawrensons and their art!
Our next Featured Artist is Peace Baby! Batiks. Peace, Baby! Batiks are T-shirts and dresses that kids love to wear! Each item is made by Cori Shaw Meloney in her Lansing, NY, home. She uses bright colors, bold designs that kids love, and soft 100 percent cotton to make fun clothing for babies, toddlers, big kids, grownups, and dogs. Please check out our Keuka Arts Festival website, www.keukaartsfestival.com for more pictures and contact information. Let's keep supporting our artists and vendors until we can see them again in person!
Our next Featured Artist is one of our favorite jewelry artists, April Leithner. She creates under the name Elizabeth Lassing and her work is just exquisite! This is not jewelry for the faint of heart - her necklaces are bold and colorful and truly statement pieces. See her bio and contact information on the Keuka Arts Festival website here: http://www.keukaartsfestival.com/. Let's continue to support artists and vendors during these tough times. We can't wait to welcome April and her stunning jewelry back again next year!
Can’t wait to you back at the Keuka Arts Festival!
Our next Featured Vendor is one close to our hearts - Bo's Bones! Pat has been with us since her start and we are honored that she participates every year. I'll let her own words persuade you to check out our website at www.keukaartsfestival.com to see more pictures and to find her contact information. Let's keep supporting our local artists and businesses! Welcome to Bo's Bones, home of the honey-rich organic dog biscuits that are the first choice of dogs and people who... love them. Baked in Upstate NY, we're proud of our product and our role in supporting canine care and rescue groups. Locally sourced ingredients include NYS award-winning honey, organic grains, and eggs from nearby free-ranging chickens on a family farm. We've been 'green' since before it was popular, are a no-garbage facility, and are now solar powered! Gotta Getta Bo's! And thank you for supporting small businesses! See more
