I know the photo is hard to read but it simply says "110 floors climbed" Today is 9/11 the day the twin towers fell in New York City. To honor all that passed on this day, as well as service men and women I will be having all my clients today and tommorow complete the 110 floor asent. I just completed the climb in 9:06 and I can tell you its no walk in the park. Let's remember, honor, and inspire others!

Doug is the perfect example of what can be achieved when you make a lifestyle change! Fitness has helped Doug to lose tons of weight as well as come off medications. He was recently just in the Transformation class of a Natural Bodybuilding show where he was able to take the stage and share what makes him such an inspiration. I've had the pleasure of training Doug for almost a year now. Let me tell you he works hard for what he has been able to acomplish.

You are your own worst critic. ...I can be leaner ...I can eat better ...I can work harder ...I can make more money... ...I can't be like him/her Just know that if you work hard enough, and are working towards your goals then anything is possible. Put the extra work in, stop criticizing yourself for trying. Things take time, be patient, and stay consistent. Achieve your goals.

My client Olga has been with me for years and let me say the results show! Hard working mother of two with busy schedule we are still able to get her in 3 times a week One day this summer I had her outside flipping tires and running sprints (typical nice day at The Training Grounds). This was the first day I saw her abs. Suprised I said "what you didn't want to tell your trainer that you had abs!". I'm always impressed with her hard work and I'm happy to call her my client. Decided to try somethimg a little new to me today. Not being a person who does crossfit or anything similar it was nice to step out of my comfort zone and try this slightly modified workout. In case you’re unfamiliar, Murph is a classic CrossFit workout known as a Hero WOD. Hero WOD’s are made by CrossFit to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005....all this being said no worries I wont be switching to crossfit
