Kids Time

Had my second Birthday party in two months the pace is so slow I should have closed the doors 12 months ago but I didn't, you all should be glad I'm so stubborn and won't quit on this business. And yesterday confirmed my actions as 14 children can in and had the time of their lives, yelling screaming every time they came down the big red slide had cupcakes and lollipops like old times. Kids Time is open from 10-5 today and tomorrow will be closed next weekend the 30th and the 31st for vacation open the following weekend come let your child run wild.

Kids Time hasn't had a child come in for about a month now I've done everything I can as an owner of a small business to survive but if the numbers don't start trending in a positive way it will be gone soon. I will try to hold on in hopes of more traffic once it gets cold but if the fear of covid continues and everyone keeps listening to our corrupt leaders and their advise I will be closed before the new year. Thanks for 15 great years of service I've done thousands of Birthday parties and even more who just came to let their child have a warm dry place to play, but the writing is on the wall and the only thing that can save it is "You" the customer.

Kids Time will be closed September 25th and 26th reopening the following weekend.

Kids Time is open every Saturday and Sunday as well as the Millerton Indoor Market come spend some time shopping, eating, working out, playing all in one stop at Thompson's Plaza 208 rt 44 on the NY/CT boarder

Millerton Indoor Market will be opening it's doors July 31st at 9:00 am till 5:00 pm in the old Kids Time space, weather controlled environment with plenty of parking, one vendor has 1,600 pairs of lady's shoes for sale all brand new in boxes come check him out 518-789-9643 for more information. Still have booths and tables for rent.

I was moments away from packing it in last week actually told a customer I am closed to the public and was only going to be open for private parties and then I thought how sad that would be for so many children who just wanted to play. Had my best day in over a year with 14 children coming in and they all had a ball and my face hurt from smiling. Open every Sat/Sun from 10-5 children must have socks and I am out of them so please bring socks or go to CVS and purchase some until I can get some on Monday.

Kids Time is open today till 4:00pm in case you want a break from building your Ark, socks are required and I do not have any to sell you so please some or you will not be able to play.

Still looking for artisan's, jewelry ma...kers, wood workers, craft people, new, used items of all types as well as farmers looking to sell their products on a year round basis. Also need someone to sell coffee and snacks to keep everyone from going hungry while they are here shopping. Booths are 12x18 for $40 a day or $320 a month tables are $10 a day or $80 a month you can leave your items here all week and do not have to load and unload everyday making life so much easier, just show up and make some money every weekend. Or maybe you want to have a tag sale for your own items but Mother Nature won't give you a sunny weekend, here it is weather controlled all year long and you will have a better chance of unloading some of your precious belongings indoors. Millerton Indoor Market is close to opening it's doors in the old Kids Time space, it will be year round every Saturday and Sunday from 9-5. If you have a product that you have been trying to sell or a craft you would like to share I am looking for artisans, pottery and jewelry craft people, antiques, farmers looking to sell their home grown products, new, used, items that are hard to find or perhaps a class you would like to teach but can't afford renting your own business ...space because the cost to operate is to high, perhaps this is a venue to help you. I have 16 12x18 spaces that you can rent for $40 a day or $320 a month or a two by six foot table for $10 a day or $80 a month. Your belongings can stay here all week long if you commit to keeping your same space, you don't have to pack everything up after everyday and you can just show up on the weekends and showcase your products. Plenty of parking, weather controlled environment with great food from the Avocado Cafe in a clean neat indoor facility. I sold my bounce house man that thing drove me crazy but the kids loved it, glad it went to a good home and will be driving them crazy for years to come. Time for a new adventure.

Trying to find a home for the big slides in Kids Time trying to donate it to a local town or school system that has a playground. It's plastic and aluminum so i...t won't rust and the plastic will last forever just need a cement pad to lag it to and it alan keys together, any thoughts? Thanks everyone for 15 great years in this space it's been a blast...looking forward to many years in the new space will keep you posted about the progress in the new space lots of work ahead of me one day at a time.

A very bittersweet day for me I am forced to close my business that I have ran for the past 15 years due to a virus, with no one coming in it's a decision that is long over due, with no support from my government I can't survive at this rate. I will be building a smaller version of Kids Time in another space in my building big enough to do one Birthday party at a time opening Feb.1st. Today is the last day to experience my space as it once was after today it will never look the same as I will be dismantling the red side and the toddler unit to move into the new space. Thanks for all of your support over the years I hope I was able to provide you with a reasonable service at a affordable price.

The decision to close Kids Time has been a very bittersweet for me, I've been trying to pass the torch for years to no avail, but the covid changed everything a...nd it's not fair to me or you parents and especially not to the children. So after thinking it over and measuring all day yesterday I've decided to build a smaller version of Kids Time in another space I have in the building. Might be the most challenging undertaking in my life but I'm going to give it my all, it will be easier to maintain just as fun and something these children can use for years to come. Might take a few months to build so I will keep you posted on the progress, winner's don't quit and quitter's don't win. See more
