Hello everyone, First of all I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates during these past few months. It's definitely been a roller coaster of a year for us all (to say the least), and it doesn't seem to want to slow down yet. Based on the information that I have, New York State guidelines require that gyms and studios like ours have an HVAC system in place which we (as is the case with many other facilities in the area) do not own, and can't even entertain to afford, part...icularly after having been closed for this long. Furthermore and aside from political views on the policies being implemented or how to best tackle this once in a lifetime pandemic, our main concern will always be our students' safety and well being. With this in mind and with the obvious limitations of what essentially amounts to a historic building's basement with little ventilation, we're still left with the uncertainty of WHEN exactly will we be able to open and do so SAFELY for everyone. The agonizing answer is: we simply don't know. Rest assured that the moment we figure out what the best course of action might be, we will be sure to let you know. Please know that we're very thankful for all your messages and continued support. We miss you all very much and can't wait to open our doors again. Stay safe everyone.

Dear friends and students, Following the recommendation of the Chautauqua County Department of Health, and beginning immediately, our studio will be closed for an indefinite period of time. At this time and much like everyone else navigating through uncharted waters, we’re not sure exactly how we’re going to deal with this situation. All that we know is that keeping open would be an irresponsible choice in light of this pandemic.... As the situation evolves and more information is known, we will be sure to keep you posted.
