Zumba Gold will start at 11am this morning!!

It's as if my heart is being ripped out of my chest as I tell you all that Kindred Fitness will be closing the end of November due to circumstances that are beyond my control. I am so grateful that I have had the opportunity to fulfil one of my dreams. I have poured my heart and soul into this studio. I have been blessed with so many relationships that have grown over the years. You are all part of my family and I cherish each and every one of you.
