123 Tequila was founded by the well-known agave cultivator and distiller David Ravandi. This artisan producer of 123 Tequila is certified organic, made from estate -grown lowland agaves northeast of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. The Ten-year-old agave is harvested and baked for 48 hours in traditional stone ovens to concentrate flavor; the pulp is stone milled to produce the treasured nectar then double-distilled using a small-batch process. Grab a bottle or all three and experience the true expression of pure agave flavor the shines in any cocktail or by itself!
