To honor the life and memory of our student Ava Hingson, we have ordered remembrance bracelets. We are distributing these out beginning today. They are free and located in our barn office. Anyone who knew and loved Ava are welcome to come over - you don’t have to be associated with our farm to stop by and get one. We have plenty but if we run out we will certainly order more. Anyone who wants one but can’t get here can private message us so we can make arrangements to get one to you. Join us in remembering this very special young woman.

A massive thank you to Brian Elem for the surprise gift of lights for our farm sign! It looks spectacular in the dark and we are so grateful! Such an incredible surprise.

ADOPT-A-FAMILY UPDATE! Each year we are so proud of how our KCS friends and family come together to support our local Adopt-A-Family program. This year is no different - in fact, your generosity this year was unparalleled!!! As you know, we were asked to purchase three specific items for three extremely needy families. Those items were: an infant car seat, a toddler stroller, and diapers. The breakdown of our purchases is as follows:... Infant Car Seat: $151.99 Toddler Stroller: $199.99 2 Big Boxes of Diapers: $98.44 Taxes: $28.16 This gave us a total of $478.58 in purchases. We are proud to say that our KCS family raised $840.00 in donations this year! After the purchases, this left us with a donation amount of $361.42 to give to the Adopt-A-Family program. We decided that KCS would also make a donation to the program. Today we are dropping off the items along with a check for $600.00 to the Adopt-A-Family program. This means that in total between the items and the additional donations, we raised $1,078.58 for the program this year!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your incredible generosity to this wonderful program! You have helped to make the holidays so much easier for multiple families this year.

UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who has donated to the Adopt-A-Family fundraiser so far! We are well on our way to meeting our goal of $500 so that we can purchase a few specific items that some of the families have asked for. Just a reminder that donations are due by December 1st, and can be dropped off at the barn, mailed, or a payment can be made to PayPal. Any additional money we raise will be donated to the Adopt-A-Family program to help families during this unprecedented holiday season. Thank you all for your generosity and kindness!

We would like to express our most heartfelt condolences to Drew Hingson and to the friends and family of Ava Hingson. Ava was a much loved part of our Kinnitty Capall Stables family and we are heartbroken by the news of her passing today. Ava was a beautiful soul and will be missed terribly. Rest In Peace, sweet Ava.

It’s Adopt-A-Family time again! This year is going to be vastly different than in other years. Due to Coronavirus, we will be fundraising to raise money to donate to needy families. Our farm has also volunteered to purchase three expensive items that three separate families have requested: a car seat for an infant, a stroller, and diapers. Our goal is to raise $500 so that we can purchase those items. Any additional funds raised will be given to the Adopt-A-Family charity fo...r distribution to families in need. At the end of the fundraising, we will announce how much we were able to raise. Anyone who would like to participate may drop off a check, or can mail a check to us. Our mailing address is: 200 Wiltsie Bridge Road Ancramdale NY 12503. Checks should be made out to Kinnitty Capall Stables, with a memo that indicates that it is for the Adopt-A-Family program. Checks should be received no later than December 1st. Your support is greatly appreciated, and together we can make this very difficult year a bit easier for some deserving families.
