Now that 2020 has come to a close, I’m thinking back to all the sales I’ve had and people I’ve helped over this past crazy year. ........... One of my absolute favorite listings in 2020 was this single family house in South Buffalo. This house was SO cute and the sellers put so much work into it, making it energy efficient, giving it great curb appeal and freshening up the interior. .......... It was also a bittersweet sale for me as I helped the sellers purchase the home ...six years ago, when I was just starting out in real estate. They were one of my first clients and they are such sweet, likable people.
