Hello All! I have long-awaited, exciting news to share! Kneading Warmth is officially in phase 3 of reopening and my first day back will be Friday, June 19th! I will begin to contact clients who had appointments that were cancelled March 16- June 1 via call or text beginning tomorrow Wednesday, June 17th. Please understand this may take a little while!... Having spent my office’s 3-year anniversary (June 12th) away from my office and clients, I am more than happy and beyond ready to welcome you all back with open arms! Though hugs may need to be held off for a while, your presence in my office will more that fill my heart once again. If you do not hear from me right away, please know I will get to you! I genuinely appreciate everyone’s patience! For those that did not have an appointment cancelled 3/16-6/1, please contact me beginning Friday, June 19th to schedule! Thank you to everyone who reached out to check in on myself and my family during this long 'break,' it meant the world to me! I look forward to catching up with you, and to those who like the quiet I look forward to our silent reflection together. Let my hands bring you comfort and calm in a time we all need some inner reflection and peace. Prior to all appointments all new and existing regulations will be made available to you. We must all abide by these regulations, not only for your health and safety but the benefit of all clients who enter the massage space. Please refer to my last post for a detailed list of requirements. This list will also be posted as you enter the office. All requirements must be met. No exceptions. Please contact me with any questions! I cannot wait to see everyone again soon! Amanda-Marie Porlier, LMT Call/Text: 518-769-4832 Email: [email protected]

Hi Folks! I hope everyone is still doing well! I wanted to check in and update everyone with the most current information I have. I would like to start by saying previous information I gave about the phase my business is in, was inaccurate unfortunately. I was hoping I would fall into the same category as hair salons and barbershops but that did not happen. Currently massage therapy along with many other businesses do not have a phase. What does this mean for you? I am sti...ll unable to book appointments and do not have a timeline in which I will be able to do so. I truly appreciate everyone’s continued patience! I am itching to get back to work, like many are to get back onto the massage table! At this time, I will update you on some new procedures I will be putting into place when I am ready to re-open. I can allow only one client into my office at a time so I can properly clean in between appointments. This means I must be strict with the amount of time you can remain in the office before the next appointment is to arrive. I really enjoy chit-chatting after appointments but for now that must temporarily be curtailed. Please do not bring a child or other guest, they will not be permitted entry. Please text me when you arrive for your appointment and wait in your vehicle until I call or come out to get you. This will ensure the office has been thoroughly cleaned before you enter. All clients are required to wear a mask (no exceptions). If you do not have one, I will supply you with one at the door. My mask supply is very limited at this time so please plan accordingly. If I run out of masks for clients that do not have one, you will be asked to reschedule. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival and you will be asked questions pertaining to Covid-19 symptoms. You must sanitize your hands and sign a short waiver before bodywork begins. You should call to reschedule if you have a fever, cough, or feel under the weather in any way. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for less than 24hr. notice due to illness. Please bring a pre-written check, card or cash (exact amount to limit cross contamination with change back) for payment. As always, I will be sanitizing all touched surfaces in the massage room after every client. I will now be wearing a mask during all sessions and I will continue to practice good hygiene by washing my hands before and after each session. I know some of these new regulations may seem like a lot, but we can all do this smoothly if we work together! If you have any questions about these changes, please don’t be afraid to reach out! I can’t wait to see you all again soon! Amanda-Marie Porlier, LMT Text/Call: (518)769-4832 Email: [email protected]

Hello! I hope you; your family and friends are doing well. To those who have lost someone during this time I am incredibly sorry, and I am sending a big hug and positive vibes your way! I know how difficult this has been for everyone’s day to day life and I can’t wait to get back to work to help everyone relax and find their normal again. ... If you follow New York’s reopening plan you may already know that I may fall in phase 3 of reopening. There are two weeks between each phase so that means sometime in June I will be able to reopen! It is frustrating not to have an exact date, but I am trying to stay busy and be positive! Boy oh boy I have missed you all so much! When I have more information about an opening date, I will reach out to those who can begin rescheduling first. As I transition into the reopening stage, I would like to keep this fair and organized. Rescheduling will be structured as such: The first to be cancelled in March will be the first to be rescheduled and so on and so forth week by week after that. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me! I will check in again as we approach a solid reopen date and update you on new procedures that I will be implementing according to the CDC guidelines. Thank you, Amanda-Marie Porlier, LMT Text/Call: (518)769-4832 Email: [email protected]
