Hi everyone! I just wanted to give an update that we are STILL waiting for approval from NYS to begin indoor one on one training. I wanted to assure everyone that as soon as I hear we are permitted we will open under all of the proper safety protocols. We will be able to maintain 6ft distance, sanitize all equipment after each use, all staff will wear masks, etc.! If anyone has questions please feel free to message me. I miss you all greatly and genuinely hope we can resum...e very soon. With that being said anyone interested in outdoor workouts please let me know! (I am aware it is super hot outside lol) However we would be happy to bring some equipment out front of the studio for one on one training sessions. Distance would be maintained and equipment would be disinfected after each use. See more

Man oh man am I proud of how this place came out... If you saw the before pictures you wouldn’t believe it was the same building. As we approach being able to open our doors the excitement is setting in that soon I will be able to get back to my passion- helping my clients live happier and healthier lives...
